What is I2P?
At IVI RMA, cross-cultural is key to our global success. We foster a diverse, multicultural workforce that values different perspectives, driving innovation, and enhancing patient care worldwide.
I2P (Internal Internship Program) is an internal mobility initiative launching in 2026. This program provides valuable learning opportunities, promotes cross-cultural collaboration, and strengthens IVI RMA’s global perspective.
Program Details
Eligibility: Full-time employees with at least 3 years in the company with strong performance reviews, relevant qualifications, and necessary language skills.
Duration: maximum of 15 working days.
Covered Expenses: Flights, accommodation, airport transfers, daily allowances, and health insurance (fully sponsored by the IVI Foundation).
During the stay, the candidate will be required to cover daily expenses and standard travel costs upfront. These expenses will be reimbursed by the Foundation after the candidate’s return, provided that the corresponding proof of payment is submitted (invoices, receipts, or other valid documentation).
Requests for salary advances are the candidate’s sole responsibility and must be handled directly with their clinic.
Salary: Unchanged; wages continue under the employee’s existing contract.
Mobility: Assignments may be national or international based on availability.
Application & Selection Process
Application Submission – Only through the designated website.
Manager Approval – Candidates need approval from their line manager and clinic director.
HR Review – Regional HR offices review applications.
Final Selection – Destination clinic directors approve placements.
Allocation of Slots – If spaces remain open, they will be reassigned from waitlists.
Offer & Acceptance
Selected candidates receive an internship offer outlining terms and conditions.
Participants can discuss logistics before formally accepting and signing an agreement.
Feedback & Evaluation
During the internship, participants will complete a satisfaction survey assessing:
- Program quality
- Key learning outcomes
- Team collaboration
- Overall experience
They will also provide a testimonial about their experience.
